failure is the mother of succsess

A very inspiring story that I watched it on NHK yesterday. There was an eldery woman. She is about 92 years old. But at her age, she is in good health and looks very happy enjoying the rest of her life by making others happy. Her name is Maisa.

She makes a mochi. It is a traditional Japan cake. It is made from glutinous rice and wraps by bamboo leaves. She sells her Mochi in the Mini Market in her neighborhood. Every morning people buy her mochi and feel satisfied.

She got bamboo leaves from the garden that quite far from her house. To reach the garden she rides a bike from her house to go to. She could pick bamboo leaves around 3000 leaves.

Maisa learned how to make a great mochi from her mother. She said that her mother said that “failure is the mother of success” and also said to her, “you have a hand with ten fingers, so if you use it in properly you won’t get starving”.

So to all of my friends never be afraid to be fizzling out. Because as Maisa said that failure is the mother of success. Never be afraid to face your destiny. As long as you have ten fingers. You won’t be starving.

Opa I Miss You

When I was 8 or 9 years old I knew someone in my neighborhood. He is an old very kind man. People called him by Opa. I love Opa very much because he uses to give money when he buys something in my store. He always buys anything in my store and he always asks me to keep the change.

Usually after receiving money from Opa, I used to go to super market near from my neighborhood. I bought chocholate and candy.

One day I saw Opa home was empty. I was very sad. Because Opa just go like that without any word.

Now I am in 40 and suddenly I remember you Opa. Hopefully, you are in peace in the Eden now.

My Late Opinion and Now

It is undeniable that these days there is a big change dealing in communication between people in society. Technology in communication particularly mobile phone has influenced the relationships people make. In my opinion, this is a kind of disaster I face nowadays.

Many people argue that mobile phone likely primary need for them. Even more than foods and beverages. They think by just saying hello by phone to their parents is quite enough. They forget then a human being is “Social” they need to interact with other, they need some touching as Bloom said in “Taxonomy of Bloom” that the basic need of human is actualization, comfortable and safe. How someone can find that if they only speak by phone?

So, the invented technology of communication nowadays become a negative development for a human being. For example, people used to talk to each other while waiting for bus, train or airplane. But now they are going busy with their gadgets and even become native digital.

To sum up, in my view the technology of communication especially the mobile phone is a negative development for our humanity. According to my experience, I feel lonely at home even there my daughters and my husband around me. As a result, as they are busy with their own cell phones and chat with their friends. So I think the technology of communication is getting closer the far and getting further the nearest.

I wrote this article in 2015, but after joined in PPG 2019 program I think I have to reconsider my opinion. In this digital age, we must be adapted to this situation and try to be part of native digital. Because as a teacher of the 21first century we have to teach with multimedia so that can engage our student to involve in teaching and learning process. Thanks to PPG Daljab 2019.

Daring oh daring……….

Begitu kubuka langsung aku kaget, deg-degan, kalau rada lebay dikit mau pingsan. Ternyata oh ternyata hari ini tanggal 1 Juli 2019 waktu daring modul Pedagogy BERAKHIR. Padahal masih banyak tugas yang belum kuselesaikan. Oh My God…………………..

Langsung ambil ancang-ancang, gulung lengan baju n one by one kucoba selesaikan semua tugas. Alhamdulillah tiga bidadariku selalu siap membantu.

Saya ucapkan Jazakumullah khoiron katsiro.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
